According to literacy researched tracking tools (Fountas & Pinnel), 2/3 of the student group made and increase of at least 3-4 literacy levels in a virtual and multiple grade level classroom setting. Other reading testing includes i-ready application data to demonstrate personal and stretch goals.

69% of a students cohort showed a reading growth of 17-29% increase of literacy levels within a 6 month period in their native language. Fifteen percent of the student cohort demonstrated an increase in English language literacy skills which includes various application data points such as IGSC and i-ready applications for young readers.

At least 41% of students reached a a 45% completion of ST MATH, an elementary math application that is a visual instructional program that leverages the brain's innate spatial-temporal reasoning ability to solve mathematical problems in the middle of 2nd trimester during a historical pandemic. As a leader shaping the course of students’ mindset, it was critical I set the standards, objectives and mission of the class culture. This provided the foundation for success and transformation.
